Chef Walker Brown
Executive Sous Chef Walker Brown has been with Wisteria since it's conception in 2001. Beginning with the influence of his mother's cooking and vegetable gardening, this "self-taught" chef became interested in food as a child. Starting his career working in his father's restaurant in Sewanee, Tennessee, Walker has spent over 20 years honing his skills in southern kitchen including Harvest Restaurant where he and Jason first met. After finding common ground in their culinary pursuits, Jason invited Walker to be his right hand man at Wisteria as has been there ever since. In his free time, Walker enjoys hosting his own dinner parties, symphony, wine tasting and gardening.

Hadi Joyce
Originally from upstate New York, I've been in the restaurant business for the past seventeen years. I have spent the last six years at Wisteria and can honestly say that they have been the best. You can usually find me behind the bar dispensing drinks and giving unsolicited advice or opinions about wine, one of my greatest passions. Chef owner Jason Hill and I have put on some memorable late nights at the Wisteria bar in our younger days. But with both of us becoming parents and semi-responsible members of the community these have become much less frequent. You never know however when an ordinary night might turn legendary! When not at Wisteria I am usually playing with my daughter or running Clik Simple a new event service conceived by my wife and I. www.cliksimple.com. I look forward to seeing you the next time you are in.

Randy Parks
Randy was born and raised on the gulf coast of Alabama. He has been working in the restaurant industry for over seventeen years. He has a passion for food and wine. Randy is married to his beautiful wife Meredith. They have a children as well as two German shepherds. Randy moved to Atlanta in 1999 and worked at Cosi in Decatur. He is one of the original staff members at Wisteria since it's opening in 2001.
J. Christopher Arrison
Hailing from the mean streets of suburban New Jersey, Christopher relocated to the south in the early nineties with visions of rock and roll glory. Ten years of dashed dreams later, he went back to school, earning a B.A. in Psychology, and Summa Cum Laude honors from Georgia State University. Christopher draws upon a rich history of people pleasing - both from the stage and prior stints at Feast Restaurant and the Dark Horse Tavern - to provide exemplary service with a jovial touch. When not at Wisteria, you can usually find him at a coffeehouse, ruthlessly editing a memoir chronicling his late teenage years. He swears the book will be completed, "any day now."

Ian Sarad
I was born and raised in Bakersfield, California but found my way to Atlanta in 2007 after eight years in Seattle. Upon my arrival in Atlanta both through my involvement with the Atlanta Rollergirls (www.atlantarollergirls.com) and my work at Wisteria I quickly learned that southern hospitality is alive and well. Living in California and Washington for the lions share of my professional career has given me a great appreciation for wines from both regions. So if you want to talk west coast wines, food or roller derby, please come see me.

Julie Beverly
Julie grew up in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother in south Georgia. Her father was in the wine and spirits distribution business. There was always an important emphasis on food and drink. Naturally, a career in the restaurant business would follow. Julie came to Wisteria in the summer of 2004. She worked her way from server, bartender, buyer to her most recent accomplishment of becoming general manager. Come in and let her help pair a wine with your dinner or just to gab.
Paul Biswalo
Paul, originally from Tanzania, lived in New Orleans for ten years. He moved to Atlanta in 2005 and has been in the restaurant business for over seventeen years. The pleasure of food and wine is his passion. While working at Wisteria, Paul is pursuing a business degree to continue his goal of becoming an entrepreneur. Smiles and laughter are the great joys in life.
David Hardy
David hails from Savannah, Ga, but is originally a military brat. David enjoys indie music and working out. David is also a fierce competitor in muscle and fitness competitions. David has lived in China, Japan and England. Come to Wisteria at chat with him anytime.
Christian Collins
Christian is a Georgia native. He moved to Atlanta from Blue Ridge in 1991. He has spent nearly two decades in the service industry. He has worked from dining room manager to bartender, but his true calling is dining service. Christian is new to Wisteria and proud to call it home. His interests include reading, music and muscle cars. Christian is a true southern gentleman and usually the last one to leave a party.
Josh Brewer
Josh is originally from the northeast corner of Alabama, on the Tennessee River. He moved to Atlanta a few years before the Olympics and has called this city home ever since. He has eighteen years experience in the service industry. He is looking forward to pouring you a specialty cocktail at Wisteria.
Mitchell Adcock
A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Mitchell moved to Atlanta long ago. Since graduating from Georgia Tech with his degree in architecture, he has worked in the restaurant business as a server, manager and bartender. He has an intrinsic interest in all things gastronomic. When not at work, he can be found puttering around his yard, wondering awestruck through the Atlanta Botanical Gardens or preparing an incredible dinner for two with his partner James.
Shelley Zortman
Shelley is originally from beautiful South Africa. She moved to Atlanta to get a year of travel under her belt. However, after that year, she decided to attend university in the U.S. She soon met her now husband, earned a degree, got a gorgeous dog, and now has a beautiful eight month old baby girl. Life is good. She has been at Wisteria since January 2012. In her spare time you can find her with family and friends with a good bottle of wine.
